The screen i showing up but doesnt work

Im not good at explaining things cause i overreact when explaing but i need your help... My parents would probably kill me and i dont know what to do... I opened it and the screen was shown but when i start touching the screen it doesnt work.. I tried several times but it just keep showimg the same screen.. Amd that screem wad uesterday evem the time and day.. Please help me.. Im telling you that my paremnts would reallt kill me

Can you just Restart the device? Give us more information: Model, Android version and etc...
