The Supposedly Unbreakable Touch Screen

Not to sound stupid, but haven't people determined that graphene is really more 'un-puncturable' than it is 'indestructible'? There was a ten minute segment on TV about the stuff, and it may be wrong, but from the sounds of it, it's kind of like a diamond - sure you cant scratch it, but just dont take it out and start beating on it with a hammer.

Carbon nanotubes are made from same material and they can be stronger then steel, harder then diamond and bendable at same time. Its not only about material but also structure its made on.

Ever since I was a little kid, I wanted to play Duck Hunt for NES with a real gun. Sounds like a screen made from this material may be the ticket!

Every little progress counts and thinking of kids toys, this will come in handy. I'm thinking this may not be limited to displays either. Generally, seeing some people abuse their phones etc. additional armor is certainly helpful.

That is, it will be the priority at least until the "Pog" app comes out.

Reminds me of a display for Oakley M frames I saw in a shop.

Glasses, mounted on a polystyrene head, shot with a 12-gauge shotgun.... glasses were fine, the head was mush.
