There is a keypad issue in a HP laptop model Pavilion 13-b103tu. I published the keypad issue in the youtube video. I made several complaints but HP-service-centre engineers are now in denial mode.

How can I file a lawsuite against HP?

By the time you play for a lawyer, you could have bought a new laptop several times over. You can see if one will open a class action suit against it, but most of the money will go to the lawyer and you will get a $10 coupon for another HP product.

We should come out of that mindset. Perhaps you are not familiar with laws in India. I can approach the Consumer Court without a lawyer. I can fight my own case. Anyway thank you for your advice.
