Solved! Thermal throttling laptop??!!

I used aida64 to find out whether my laptop is throttling or not but to my surprise my temps went up and down but my cpu usage was 100% through out but when i checked it in task manager the cpu usage was also dropping from 100% to 30% but it wasnt showing in aida64. New to computers and if it is throttling then what options do i have to fix it

Only in the task manager it was showing the cpu usage drops it shows a constant 30% usage
Not in aida64 any reasons why it just said overheating detected also i didnt clean it from 5 to 7yrs

Specs and laptop please. Can be a bunch of things making it happen.

Geforce 710m
8gb ram
Do i jist change the thermal paste and clean it ? It is an acer aspire v5 571pg
Pretty old one even in games the fps for 80 to 100 drops to 10 to 20 in csgo

Considering it's age it can be dust buildup. What are the temps of the machine during aida 64?

Yeah it's hitting thermal limit. Try cleaning the vent and fan from dust and see if that helps.

Will change the thermal paste also help?
