They won't unlock it

Hi,
Straight talk will not unlock my Samsung Galaxy prime.
I called them twice and they said no because I have not used it for sometime and it's an emergency my phone is shutting on and off and I need a temporary ph.for now.

They cannot deny unlocking it if you are the actual owner and it is fully paid for. If that is the case, then call back and ask for someone higher. They are required to unlock it, but only if it is actually yours and it is fully paid for.
