Thinkpad T400 hardware cannot not reboot

hi all,

I purchased a used Thinkpad T400 from Newegg but it does not reboot to the Thinkpad logo.
(The power, battery and several other indicator lights are all flashing with blank screen)

However so far it cold boots and shutdown fine....

Do you think the hardware will be more damaged overtime? I have never seen a PC boots but not reboot to the diagnostic screen....
Should I request to replace it because there is only 30days warranty?

At least contact them and talk to them. Find out what they can do.

Thank you, I should let Newegg know about this. At first I thought this is a dead notebook because Win7 setup needs several restart and it keeps crashing to blank screen.
