absolutely pointless.

while it may not self-topple, sticking out over an edge is easy enough to bump and knock it over. also, i'm assuming it is supposed to be a type of soundbar yet does not seem to be designed to use right under the tv (does it have room correction?) and eliminates one of the benefits of soundbars which are to be wall mounted so no furniture is needed.

just another one of the wacky designs that looks neat but has no real practical purpose.

Where hi-fi is concerned, any ridiculous design (complete with even more ridiculous prices) will always find a few buyers. The small size of this box indicates that physically it can never create proper low bass notes with any volume, much like any bookshelf loudspeaker.
