Threat TROJ_SPNR.03D911 inside paul.dll

This threat was flagged by Trend Micro. It was inside a paul.dll file which I had downloaded for one of my games. Has anyone come across this before and if so, could they give a description about it? Thanks.

Why did you download dll for one of your games in the first place?

It was a crack for Lego Star Wars 3
