I had a Qosmio x75 with 16 gb ram and i7 4700mq CPU @ 2,40 ghz and nvidia gtx 770 with 3gb vram, it's very well functioning but for games I think some time in the near future i have to upgrade to a better video card like gtx 1070 or 1080 so I was wondered if it could be posible to make that replacement.

In a laptop? Highly unlikely. The MXM slot in your computer is probably only for 7xxM series cards and I highly doubt that Toshiba will upgrade the BIOS to include support for 10 series cards. That's assuming you can even cool the new cards and that the heatsink lines up. Crossing generational lines with laptop GPUs is not a good idea usually.
