Time to replace the thermal paste ??

It's been +1 year since my laptop Dell Inspiron 15 3537 has got it's mobo replaced. It's still having the stock shipped thermal paste. And I feel like the temperatures are rising a bit( Upto 78-82 degrees Celsius ). Is it the time to change the thermal paste ? Also the fan is making a weird noise while I'm gaming. So any cleaning or thermal paste recommendations are highly appreciated..

Get some compressed air and clean the inside first

Find out what screwdrivers you need in advance and always use the right ones, those little screws strip very easily. Clean the fan out while you're in there, go slow and be careful. If you can find a guide or screen shots on how to open your specific model of notebook those can be help as well (I couldn't find one).

Apart from sucking or blowing to remove dust & fluff from ventilation slots

You can get stands with fans connected to usb port to help keep laptop cool
Aluminium ones are better than plastic ones

I'm going to replace the thermal paste. I do have a "Cooler master ic value V1". So should I go for a better one or will it be able to keep things cool ? my laptop cpu:i7-4500U and the gpu is AMD Radeon R9 M265X( or 8850M)2GB GDDR5.

Did you clean the laptop cooling system as suggested? It usually solves 99% of overheating problems (fan noise included). If you still want to replace the thermal paste, go ahead and do it BUT be extremely careful not to damage anything! Mobile CPUs (and GPUs) don't have metal lids and have the chip exposed under the heatsink, be careful not to scratch it or break it.
