Tixati Doesn't Working Properly

My Tixati does not find any seeds or peers. If I start any download it shows that Downloading 0(0) 0(0). What should do?

Check which ports Tixati uses to connect to the swarms in the Settings section.
Make sure the port is open in the Windows firewall, also make sure the port is open in the router and port forwarding is enabled , by entering the administrative page of the router.
Then restart the program.
