Tom's Guide Adobe Photoshop Lightroom download not successful

I am having trouble downloading Tom's Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. Process of download starts but I do not get a downloaded file. I am using Windows 10.

When you click "Download" on Tom's page, a new pop-up Window should appear for the Adobe website.

You then click "Free Trial" or "Buy Now".
