Jane you should've added the amount of money that each one of those games made, besides their actual units sold. Let's face it we are shallow people: WE LOVE MONEYYYY!!!!

Nintendo must be pleased with these results. 4/5 of the top games are Wii, impressive...

Would have been nice to see some of the more graphically awesome game in the list.

[citation][nom]au071[/nom]11.86 million? wow, that's really impressive.[/citation]

Yeeep. Activision Blizzard's Financials go crazy with the release of a Call of Duty, that and the Guitar Hero Series has made them Billions!

Wii Fit isn't a game. I wish they would put an asterik and include 2 more games to that list.

What's not mentioned is the turn around time that a Nintendo product like Wii is either returned or sold to someone else because it's a disappointment.

That 11.86 million is pretty impressive but pales in comparison to the combined Nintendo sales of 26.22 million. And of course the obligatory morons commenting and saying "Wii Fit isn't even a game." Those same morons continue to make sure we are all aware of their opinion that the Nintendo Wii is a crappy console.

What I find interesting is the difference in sales between the US and Japan for MW2. The other titles are about 2:1 to 6:1 but MW2 is like 35:1. (population ratio is about 5:2)

MW2 wasn't boycotted because of its DRM, it was because the PC version is just a lazily and poorly done Xbox port. They didn't even bother to include dedicated servers and instead resorted to P2P - a technology that has been out of date in the PC gaming world since the early 90s - because that's what the Xbox uses.

I would also like to point out that of the 5 games listed here, MW2 was the only game to be released on multiple platforms. I would be shocked if even 10% of MW2's sales were on the PC.
