Question TOSHIBA 19HV15E Doesn't Respond to Remote

The TV doesn't respond to any of my remote commands, in the past, the TV sometimes responded to the remote after disconnecting the power cable and let it rest for a while, but now the TV doesn't respond at all anymore! Help

Replace the remote batteries with a fresh set and check if it is working with your phone.

If the remote is OK then the next step would require repair of the IR receiver on the TV. If it's under warranty contact authorized Toshiba service. If not you will likely need a tech to repair the TV.

I ran the test and the remote is okay, so I guess it's time to bring the TV to technician, thanks for the reply!
