Question Toshiba 49U2963DB no wireless option

My Toshiba TV is only a coupons of weeks old. It's been working fine, but today we noticed it has no internet access so can't use YouTube/ Netflix etc. It was previously connected via our wireless network which is working fine on other devices.
Looking at the connection settings, we only have options for wired/ disable. There is no wireless option (although apparently it keeps appearing for a split second)
We've tried redoing setup and restarting the TV and the router....

New TV, contact Toshiba support and have trouble-shoot it so they can replace it if needed.
