Toshiba A110 laptop sudden off

Older Satellite A110-293 (2006 Centrino 1.86 GHz, 0.5 GB RAM info here http://www.toshiba.eu/discontinued-products/satellite-a110-293/
After half an hour of normal use stops. Shutdown is complete, do not hibernate. Can anything be done?
It is not by chance that the first generation of processors of this type that had a problem with heating?

You can monitor your temperature with HWInfo. Usually the system will throttle before it reaches the point of shutting down, to avoid damage. Do you hear your fans rev?

fans seems works normally (spin more/less)
It will need maybe xp reinstall
 
If you get those readings when doing something strenuous on the laptop, then those are safe. Those temperatures are high if that's what you get from idle.

If those are your idle/low work load temps, then the system may need cleaned, and possibly even new thermal compound.
