Toshiba Chromebook for Gaming

So I'm looking in to getting a new a new laptop in April the one I have in mind is the Toshiba Cromebook 2. I want to know if it is capable of playing Elder Scrolls Online.

You maybe able to run the game but to Low settings and might lag on Medium settings though.

It's a chromebook. TES: O requires windows, chromebooks run the Google Chrome operating system.

Absolutely not.

ESO requires a Windows OS to run and at least 60GB of storage space. A Chromebook uses Chrome OS which is simply an internet browser based on Linux OS. You cannot install any Windows programs on a Chromebook.
