It may run on lowest settings if you drop resolution down to 800x600 and get 8 GB of RAM in the system, but I would not bother on that laptop. It's a 7 year old basic use system with a lower spec Intel CPU. It will be horrible to play on, you will be running at maybe 10fps which is pretty much unplayable.
