Toshiba help needed!

My toshiba laptop isn't starting up, however, the power button is blinking led white and one other is blinking orange led. 2 others will not light up at all.

Can someone help please!

What's your battery status?

It was critically low last week.

Have you plugged it in to charge? Did it successfully charge? Information I've found states an orange flashing light means there is an issue with charging.

The thing is that it won't even turn on with the charger plugged into it.
