Toshiba L655D with WIn XP

Hey all!!


I have a Toshiba Satellite L655D rigged with

Windows 7 Home 64 bit

AMD64 )Vision(

Bios Insyde H20

AMD athlon II P320

ATI MObility Radeon HD4200

Conexant C20587




I want to use Win XP 32 bit on it w/o any conflicts aka smooth sail. Can someone tell me if its worth trying to format it? coz i dont want to end up in the Sahara with no water.

P.S: I seem to have forgotten my BIOS password. How can I recover it?

Yes but the site boasts of model L650 only... no l655's or l652's either . are L650 generic l655's?

I have a L655D-S5050 i cant find option for that guess S5058 might work?

wow i got this huge list of drivers... thanks..

but i am still confused.. because it is not showing ati radeon display driver for win xp does... this still mean i can go ahead with win xp 32bit installation?


Also how do I reset BIOS password?
