toshiba laptop keypad NO MOUSE? HELP.

8.1 windows new laptop mouse on touch-pad stopped working.. No way to move around computer..I am LOST.. help me please.

You may just disable the keypad, check your laptop manual to see how to enable the keypad, it should be done by press either F5 or Fn+F9, or Fn+F5.
