toshiba laptop no audio output device installed

I have just upgraded to windows 10 unfortunately I i have lost the sound. Not being a computer expert I am at a loss on how to get it back. Please can someone give me a simple way to correct this?

Check the Toshiba website for updated Windows 10 drivers. Seems that his happened for preview users too.
