Solved! Toshiba laptop video problem

A few months ago my daughter had completed a project using a microsoft word program om her Toshiba laptop. Ever since then the video display was very blurry. Now the display is completely messed up up wih vertical lines changing color and unable to login or do anything on her lap top. Any suggestions?

Her laptop's graphics card has failed. It needs to be sent in for repairs. Just make to avail of the warranty if it's still available!
