I have an old toshiba tv model no. 181E5E. how to set each broadcast on the tv number button?

Not really clear what you are trying to do, and that model number is not showing up in a web search. What do you mean each broadcast and tv number button? Are you talking about the channels? As in NBC, CBS, etc...

Are you the same person that started the thread? Different accounts. Need details about the TV, I don't see anything online about that model. If it's not a smart TV with built in networking but it has HDMI you can use a Roku or some other streaming device to connect it online. If you don't have HDMI there are still things you can use like this https/www.amazon.com/Roku-Express-Streaming-Player-Composite/dp/B01M2AJZ5P

Just keep in mind the older connections will not get you HD quality.
