Toshiba Regza 47RE1

Looking for someone who can read Japanese. I have been given a Toshiba Regza 47re1 TV as a gift but I am having difficulty using it.

Basically, everything about this TV (including the remote controller) is in Japanese and although with help of Google Translate, I managed to find a manual, I am struggling to find out how to change the language into English.

I can still use it for HDMI but that is problematic as well! I have connected a Freeview receiver to it and I can only hear the sound although the PS4 works fine.

Any help is much appreciated!

Since you are using Google translate, I hope you'll be able to manage finding the language settings by trying to do the following. First, press the menu button on the remote, then look for settings, select system then choose language, select language by English.
