I want to restore to factory settings and install Windows Xp. Do I need special start up settings in the boot menu?

Hi,

The only thing you need to change in the boot menu depends on how you will install Windows XP. If you'll be using a bootable USB you need to select the USB as the first boot device and same goes if you'll be using a DVD disc.
