Toshiba Satellite help!

Removed battery to restart, now it sent me to the utility setup. Don't want to lose my data. Can I exit this screen and go back to my regular windows? It gives me the choice of help setup defaults save and exit or close. Which one do I choose?

Sounds like its at the bios, verify date and time, make sure nothing obvious is missing (like your hdd), and then select save and exit.
It should restart.
