Toshiba satellite l305 white screen

HI I'm having a problem with my Toshiba Satellite L305 for some reason when I plug in the power after a few seconds the screen goes white, on battery its runs fine, can you help me with a solution thank you. cj60wilson@gmail.com

Check the charger with a VOLTMETER, make sure its NOT fluctuating...
