I got an old trusty toshiba satellite l35-sp1011 laptop this week, it's nice and old but I feel it slow in some areas, I read this model can use a CPU upgrade, what CPU might fit the best on this old laptop? Posting cpu and mobo data:

Probably not even all of those. Those are the ones that may physically fit.
The Toshiba motherboard BIOS and firmware also has to support a different CPU.
Discovering which ones is where the pain comes in.

The T2080 in the SP4068 is a PPGA478 socket

"Toshiba L35" is a generic line. It has little do do with the exact specs and what each sub model can use.

Like cars. "Honda Civic" has evolved a LOT over the years. But retains the same name.
A 1987 Honda Civic has little in common with a 2015 Honda Civic, except the name.
