Assuming you mean you can't get online wirelessly, does your router have all the lights on and do you know the wireless security key?

This thread is over ayear old, nsjackie29 and it would have been better to start one of your own and describe your problem.

If you don't have the security key, you need to tell us exactly what the problem is. Have you ever connected to that network and, if so, what happened to cause a disconnect.
