I can't find the "My Computer" option when I click on the microsoft icon on the bottom left of my screen. I see the "Most Used" features and a lot of things, but I need to find "My Computer" so I can click to open my CD/DVD drawer

Open your file explorer and find it on the left pane.

And if you would like to add the desktop icon, do a right-click on the desktop screen and click "personalize," click on the "themes" thumbtab, click "desktop icon settings," and checkbox the one(s) you want.
