Was having trouble getting past repairing computer on the screen and got to blue screen choose an option. Picked troubleshoot and wont go on from there not sure what to do.

When you first got the system, you were supposed to create restore media from it. Restore from your that media. If you don't have it, you'll need to contact Toshiba for a copy (and I hear they charge for it).
