Toshiba satellite pro l670-172 not loading up

I have a problem here my (toshiba satellite pro l670-172) doenst get past the loading screen i have tried it in normal mode or in startup repair mode but with both it just keeps loading for ever after that..
I have done it with and without battery no difference what so ever anyone know how i solve this problem?

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to load it in Safe Mode and see if it will work there.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options and select Safe Mode.
- Once loaded in Safe Mode run System Restore and restore it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.

- If these doesn't work you'll need to reinstall Windows itself to solve the problem.

Thanks for the help its completely broken now tho, so i could not test if the things u said would have worked or not.. But still thankyou for your reply.
