Toshiba Satellite Radius L40w-c2023 Battery Problem

My laptop won't turn on if I will unplugged the charger. It is fully charged and I noticed the charging light doesnt turn white like the usual when it is fully charged. It works fine if the charger is plugged in but it would turn off if not. The charger is non removable.

What should I do?

Uh, the charger should be removable. 😉

Sounds like the battery needs replacing. Even though it may be a real hassle to get to, pretty much all batteries are replaceable. If it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer about the replacement battery. If it isn't under warranty then you can do it yourself or you can try a local repair shop.
