I have a Toshiba c660d-1g and would like to upgrade my CPU its running [strike]at[/strike] an E-300.please help

It is not normally worth upgrading the CPU on a laptop.

If you are lucky and it's not soldered to the motherboard, you have to find a CPU with the same socket and TDP rating.
Normally the cooling solution will have no headroom.

Also you have an issue with BIOS, the supplied BIOS may not support any CPU other than what was shipped..

You are better off getting a new laptop.
