there is a possibility that i can choose another dell up to the value of this one $1,332.45 incl GST , the toshiba i collect from a jbhifi store store but the dell is being ordered from the dell site so unsure if i can perhaps alter the order after a cheque is sent, would need to check with dell...

Thanks Paula

Thanks :)

was just some minor differences,

the latitude has 4 usb 2 ports, the toshiba has 2 usb2 and 1 usb3 port,

Toshiba 320GB (7200rpm) SATA, Dell 250GB 7200

toshiba states 1 free ram slot, dell doesnt say

Toshiba has has the finger print reader,

One on site warranty the other courier next day

and the toshiba has both 32 and 64 bit where as the dell is only 32 bit

cant see much more than that

"and the toshiba has both 32 and 64 bit where as the dell is only 32 bit"
Not really - you get a choice, but only one is included. Same as Dell.

Dell has 1 free RAM slot also:" 2GB (1x2GB) 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM

There is nothing between them to choose one over the other.

yes didnt think of that, i was more looking at the specs, just rechecked the warrantys

Dell is 3 yr prosupport, NBD onsite service, Unsure if thats just to diagnose or for all warranty

3 yr warranty

Toshiba is courier pick up and delivery
