Toshiba Television Trouble

Need some general information. Need to know how to get a Toshiba tv out of retail lock and keep it out of retail lock. I have gone to the Toshiba website and tried their methods but have had no luck.

I was able to solve this over the weekend. The tv has to be connected to a source(cable or antenna) before the input code to remove the retail lock acn be entered. Once in the settings there will be a page showing several different locks, just go down the list and turn all of them off then run the setup/installation and your in business.
