Toshiba Tv Issue

Please Help, I have a toshiba 32HV10E1 TV Screen, After i pressed the factory reset button on the menu, the screen shutdown booted up into lit up black screen and shutdown again into a bootloop, I would really appericate any ideas u might have as i have been trying to get it to work for weeks now. If u need pictures of videos, tell me.

Try to unplug the power cable of the television then press and hold the power button in the TV for 20 seconds. Then turn it on again. If still fails, contact the manufacturer for the possibility of having it repaired by them.
