Toshiba using usb to reset factory defaults

I am using a Toshiba usb to reset my computer back to factory defaults..no other option has worked..everything loads fine until it gets to 29% and then I get a message saying:
Error
An error has occurred
33
Error reported from rcmd!
Please press [ OK] to turn off the computer.
Can anyone help with this??
