toshiba vs asus - cheap laptop for me?

Hi guys,

I want to buy a new laptop (cheap one) for work (office,matlab) and streaming movies to TV.

what do you think about the toshiba L50-B-27N?
somebody ever tried toshiba laptops? how are they?

other option is the asus X555LJ.

what do you think is the best option acording to reliability ? and for my goals.

Both with:
I5 5 generation 5200U
Toshiba: 4G ram, AMD Radeon™ R7 M260, 5400 rpm
Asus: 8G ram, NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 920M 1GB, 7200 rpm

I'd go the Asus, haven't been pleased with any of the last half dozen or more Toshibas I've had to deal with. I look to Asus and Lenovo for laptops as primary choices
