toshiba webcam problem

i got laptop TOSHIBA SATELLITE NB10t -A-10F
the web cam suddenly stopped working
i tried
even bios update with no result

What does it say if you double click on it?? Is Kaspersky installed. Because Kaspersky can block webcams from working

no Kaspersky installed
when i click it nothing change i tried
driver update
uninstall it
nothing change its still shaded(not activated) in device manager

What if you go to action in the menu, then select scan for hardware changes. Highlight something first
