Question total available graphics memory is 8230 mb but dedicated video memory is 128 mb

How to increase the dedicated video memory. I tried using the regedit and created dedicatedsegmentsize and it did not work. I also tried by trying to update using bios but for my hp pavillion x360 14-cd.... the advanced configuration is locked and i tried various ways to unlock but unsuccessful. Please help.
