No. Total power output is simply every channel's outputs added together using math. And to make things worse, usually the transformer is undersized so cannot actually deliver maximum power to all channels simultaneously, making such a rating complete fiction.

BTW the power number itself is useless without a THD spec. At 100% THD the amp is simply functioning as a relay.
