Touch screen laptop help please

A member of may family would like to get a touch screen laptop for their disabled son, so he doesn't have to use the keyboard.
Does anybody know of any decent touch screen laptops that would do the job - it doesn't have to be a top of the range system, as it won't be used for gaming or anything as intense as that.
