Touch screen not working on Asus TP550L

My touchscreen is not working on my Asus TP550L. The comp is a month old and this problem just occurred recently. I have seen many posts about checking to make sure that the driver does not shut off to save power and also checking the USB Input Device under Human Interface in the Device Manager. The problem is I don't have this option under the Human Interface section or anywhere else I can find. I think this is the problem but I don't know how to fix it. I have restored my system back to factory but nothing is working PLEASE HELP ME 🙁

send it back for warranty replacement as not a software issue but a hardware issue being you did a factory reset.
