Not sure what you mean by "refresh" on the touchpad. As in the refresh command (F5)?

How can you refresh from touchpad I don't know. There is no option to refresh directly from the touchpad. You can try refreshing with the F5 button which may be used. You can visit https://oniton.com/blog/kmode-exception-not-handled/ to know about the issue.

This is the issue wioth my laptop that is my touch pad is not working especially right click, after contacting https://lenovosupport.net/blog/lenovo-laptop-not-booting/ helped me out from this issue. However thay have also supported me while my laptop is not loaded for booting.
