TP550l wont play my dvd, it goes to a crafty file viewer window

Depending on your version of Windows you're running, you should be able to find Autoplay in the Control Panel either in it's own sub-section or as part of the Properties of the DVD drive.

When you find it, choose the option to play the disk as soon as it starts instead of opening Windows Explorer to look at the folders.
