Transfer Cloning Drives

Can I add my old hard drive with windows 7 to my new windows 8.1 sys. ?

I have many programs, files etc that are on my old sys.

I don't see how cloning will work for that but I do what the exact data other then win 7

Ideas plz. Some programs I can't replace!

No. Your applications will need to be reinstalled with the new OS.
