Transfer of images from phone to sd card

I have 1.05 gb available on my sd card, still can't transfer 400 mb of images after clicking the transfer to sd card option. The device is Sony Xperia Z2. Please help

Where is it exactly that you are using a "transfer to SD card" option? In what app or settings?
