You can't. Unless you had backups on say a computer or other device, or had the phone synced to a Google or other online account, everything that was on the device when it was lost is gone.

What if I had a gmail account ?? Someone said something about a Bluetooth hook up ? Which i have. I just know nothing about thus stuff. Thanks

Did you sync the account to the photo/contact before it lost?
Bluetooth only work before you lost the device

Basically you have to do something before it lost, not after
